By using the IVA mobile application ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any of the provisions of these Terms, please do not use the Application.

IVA is a mobile application designed for:

• Tracking menstrual cycle and reproductive health
• Providing personalized recommendations
• Analyzing user health data
• Providing educational information about women's health
• Providing access to a chat assistant for consultations

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

• You need to create an account to use the Application
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for all actions performed under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account may only be used by one individual

4. Usage Rules

• You guarantee that you have the rights to provide such content

6.3 Artificial Intelligence and Chat Assistant

• The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence technology from various providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and may provide inaccurate or incomplete information
• We are not responsible for recommendations, advice, or behavior of the assistant
• We are not responsible for any actions, decisions, or consequences arising after communication with the assistant
• Information from the assistant is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical consultation

6.4 Articles and Content

• Articles and educational content in the Application are provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information provided
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on articles or content in the Application
• Content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee its error-free nature

7. Paid Features and Subscriptions

7.1 Subscriptions

• Some Application features may require a paid subscription
• Prices and subscription terms are indicated in the Application
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

7.2 Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period
• Refunds are processed according to platform policy
