If your cycle changes suddenly and for a long time, or if you feel that something is wrong, this is not a whim and not “making up a diagnosis”. It is your way of telling yourself: “I matter.”

Sometimes a disruption is simply a response to stress, climate change, lack of sleep, or nutrition. IVA helps you track your cycle, pain, mood, and energy. If something goes wrong, you notice it earlier and can gently, without panic, look for answers. You do not have to figure everything out alone. But you can trust yourself and your body. It is not sending signals by accident. It wants you to feel well.
